Founded in the 1970s as a company specializing in electrical equipment, NE-MA soon established itself in the pressure switch sector, becoming the ideal partner for leading compressor manufacturers in Italy and Europe.
In 1999, a major turnaround with the transition to new ownership enabled the company to modernize and renew its products, supported by a strong in-house quality system.
This commitment led to the creation of the modern factory in Santena (Turin), a state-of-the-art production area of 9,000 m2. The acquisition of the Stogermatic (2003) and Facciotti (2017) brands has enriched our offer with innovative products, an expression of Italian excellence and design. Our mission is to pursue perfection: flexibility, service, efficiency and innovation guide our present and ensure our future.
OUR HISTORY
DESIGN
Our range of pressure switches represents the excellence of Made in Italy.
We use top-grade certified materials and adopt strict inspection standards to ensure superior quality products. Each pressure switch is tested and proven before delivery, with the addition of international product and process certifications.
We design tailor-made solutions, ranging from custom work for specific needs to large print runs, always maintaining the highest quality.
QUALITY AND TESTING
All pressure switches are cyclically subjected to destructive and durability tests in order to be able to constantly guarantee their high quality, and the international certifications that NE-MA holds are the proper recognition of this (TUV – UL/CSA – as well as ISO 9001:2015).
The department in charge of this functions 24 hours a day. A well-equipped quality department monitors, through microscopic dimensional surveys and periodic chemical analysis of materials, supplies from internal departments and external suppliers.
PRESSURE SWITCH PRODUCTION
All pressure switches are built and tested in the Santena plant in compliance with the highest quality standards and national and international safety regulations.
The high automation of the processes guarantees a daily production of more than 8000 units on a single shift and therefore a capacity of more than 24,000 pcs/day.
Secondary pruduction lines still guarantee the supply of the Customer within the established deadlines.
PRODUCTION OF NON-RETURN VALVES
We manufacture hot-pressed brass non-return valves, machined on our control centres to ensure precision and durability.
We offer a wide range of valves and fittings, using only top-quality certified materials and complying with environmental sustainability regulations.
MOULDING DEPARTMENT
Our in-house sheet metal stamping department enables us to manufacture metal components with absolute precision.
Mold design and maintenance are handled in-house, in synergy with other Group companies, to ensure reliability and speed.
